Review by hotel critic
As a business analyst constantly seeking balance amidst urban hustle, I found solace at Hengshan Garden. Beyond its bustling location in the heart of the French Concession district, the tranquil environment envelopes guests in a serene embrace. My rejuvenating stay was complemented by the exclusive access to the health club, where the indoor pool and sauna provided much-needed respite after a day of exploration.Amidst the scenic garden area, I indulged in invigorating fitness classes, embracing the opportunity to unwind in the wellness center. The hotel's thoughtful amenities extended to the well-equipped business center, catering to my professional needs seamlessly. Though the spa facilities were inviting, the peaceful surroundings truly stood out, offering a haven from the city's clamor. While the hotel's dining options left much to be desired, the overall value and Price/Quality ratio were commendable. For those seeking a harmonious blend of leisure and work, Hengshan Garden beckons with understated charm, promising a tranquil retreat within Shanghai's vibrant fabric.
